On 19 October 2026 the Tax Department provided an extension to the submission of Tax Returns for Individuals without accounts (form TD1), for the year 2025.
More specifically, the deadline for the submission of the 2025 Tax Return for Individuals without accounts (form TD1) and settlement of the respective tax due, has been extended to 30th November 2026.
