The deadline for the submission of the 2023 Income Tax Return for Companies (TD4) and 2023 Income Tax Return for Self-Employed Individuals with Accounts (TD1) is by 31^st March 2026 (following previous extensions).

The deadline for the submission of the 2023 Summary Information Table for Controlled Transactions (SIT), where applicable, is by 31^st March 2026 (following previous extensions).

Late submission of these tax returns will result in administrative penalties.
