Panayiotis has more than 10 years of experience on tax compliance and tax advisory matters for both local clients as well as international companies.
Panayiotis also has considerable experience in audit and assurance and corporate consulting.
Panayiotis is responsible for a significant portfolio of clients operating as private equity funds and in various sectors such as retail, manufacturing, shipping, professional services, Cyprus holding companies, large international groups, multinational cross border engagements and complex consolidations.

Marina holds a BSc (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Bath. She is a member of the ICAEW (ACA) and a member of ICPAC.
Marina was a Manager at a Big 4 audit firm before joining our firm. She has considerable experience in audit and financial advisory for large multinational groups from various jurisdictions operating in a broad range of sectors such as betting and online games, pharmaceutical, real estate, manufacturing, software developers, shipping and crew management, brokerage, retail and other sectors.
Marina led the audit of groups of companies listed on the Cyprus Stock Exchange and has developed deep knowledge of the IFRSs, CYSEC regulations and internal controls
Marina was also a member of the Deloitte Academy training team for more than 5 years, where she was responsible for facilitating seminars on audit methodology, group audits and IFRSs.

Neophytos graduated from the University of New Orleans and he received his CPA qualification from the State of Louisiana. He has more than 30 years of experience in the profession, specializing in audit, accounting and offshore business. He has vast experience in the formation and management of international business and international taxation.
