Extension to the Deadline for submission of the Company Income Tax Return (TD4) and Income Tax Return for Self-Employed Individuals with Accounts (TD1) for the years 2023 and 2024.

The Tax Department announced on 28^th November 2025, that an extension to the deadline of submission of the Company Income Tax Return (TD4) and Income Tax Return for Self-Employed Individuals with Accounts (TD1) for the years 2023 and 2024 have been provided as follows: 

For the year 2023, the deadline has been extended to 31^st March 2026.  

For the year 2024, the deadline has been extended to 30th November 2026.  

The extension has been provided irrespective of whether the affected persons are obliged to submit a Summary Information Table for controlled transactions based on the provisions of Article 33(10) of the Income Tax Law.
