Extension to the Deadline for submission of the Company Income Tax Return (TD4) and Income Tax Return for Self-Employed Individuals with Accounts (TD1) for the year 2023

The Tax Department announced, on 26th March 2026, that an extension to the deadline of submission of the Company Income Tax Return (TD4) and Income Tax Return, for Self-Employed Individuals with Accounts (TD1), for the year 2023.

The new deadline is 30th April 2026 (previously 31st March 2026).

The extension has been provided, irrespective of whether the affected persons are obliged to submit a Summary Information Table for controlled transactions  based on the provisions of Article 33(10) of the Income Tax Law.

Failure to submit the relevant Tax Returns timely, will result in administrative penalties.
