The incorporation procedure is usually completed within 12-13 working days.
The information and the due diligence documents that we will need in order to proceed are as follows:
a) Proposed name (we have a list of pre-approved names if you want to choose)
b) Description of company activities (2-3 lines)
c) Name of shareholder(s)* or beneficial owner in case of nominees
d) Name of director(s)*
e) Name of company secretary*
f) Name of bank signatory (if a bank account is required)
*Not needed if nominees will be used
Due diligence documents needed for each officer of the company and the beneficial owner:
a) Notarized* passport copy
b) Notarized* document proving their residential address – please provide us with a copy of utility bill (electricity or water etc) as a proof
c) Original Bank reference for the shareholders as per the text below or similar:
“At the request of KSA, of Limassol Cyprus, we hereby confirm that (name of beneficial owner) has held properly conducted account(s) with us for many years and we consider him respectable and good for normal business engagements.”
d) Occupation (if there is a business card please provide us with one)
e) Short CV
f) Economic profile of the shareholder or beneficial owner
*Notarization can be done by a lawyer, an accountant or a certifying officer
Note: There are ready made Cyprus companies for those who want to start operations immediately. These companies can remain as they were registered or the beneficial owner can make changes including the change of the name, the shareholders, the directors etc.
