Ίδρυση
Η Κεντρική Τράπεζα της Κύπρου απαιτεί τραπεζικές συστάσεις
για οποιανδήποτε ξένη εταιρεία για την εγκαθίδρυση
υποκαταστήματος της στην Κύπρο. Οι συστάσεις αυτές είναι παρόμοιες
με αυτές που χρειάζονται για την εγκαθίδρυση υπεράκτιας εταιρείας.
Υπεράκτιο υποκατάστημα μιας εταιρείας εγγεγραμμένης εκτός
Κύπρου («ξένη εταιρεία») μπορεί να εγγραφεί στην Κύπρο με
την κατάθεση στον Έφορο Εταιρειών των ακολούθων εντύπων τα
οποία πρέπει να είναι μεταφρασμένα στα Ελληνικά:
Ένα πιστοποιημένο αντίγραφο του Ιδρυτικού Εγγράφου και του
Καταστατικού ή οποιουδήποτε εντύπου το οποίο επιβεβαιώνει
το
καταστατικό της εταιρείας.
Πληροφορίες για τα μέλη του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου και γραμματέα
της εταιρείας.
Το όνομα και διεύθυνση ενός τουλάχιστον ατόμου το οποίο ζει
στην Κύπρο και είναι εξουσιοδοτημένο να αποδέχεται έγγραφα
εκ
μέρους της εταιρείας.
Διαχείριση υποκαταστήματος
Το γραφείο μας μπορεί να χειρίζεται όλες τις καθημερινές
εργασίες ενός υπεράκτιου υποκαταστήματος, σε περίπτωση μη
ύπαρξης γραφείου στην Κύπρο.
Φορολογία
Τα κέρδη ενός υπεράκτιου υποκαταστήματος φορολογούνται με
συντελεστή 4,25 τοις εκατόν αν η διοίκηση και ο έλεγχος
διεξάγονται από την Κύπρο. Αν η διοίκηση και ο έλεγχος είναι
εκτός Κύπρου, τότε τα κέρδη δε φορολογούνται.
Έξοδα ίδρυσης
Τα έξοδα για την ίδρυση ενός υπεράκτιου υποκαταστήματος κυμαίνονται
γύρω στις ΛΚ£800. Η ίδρυση ενός υπεράκτιου υποκαταστήματος
μπορεί να διεκπεραιωθεί μέσα σε μια εβδομάδα.
